Terms and Conditions – Lehravi

Welcome to Lehravi! By purchasing from or browsing our website or social platforms, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.





1. Product Information



  • Lehravi provides detailed images and descriptions of our phone cases and accompanying leaflets. Slight variations in color or print may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
  • All leaflets are complementary and for aesthetic or inspirational use only. Lehravi is not liable for any interpretation or use beyond decorative intent.






2. Orders & Payments



  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking.
  • Lehravi reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to suspicious activity, stock unavailability, or system errors.






3. Shipping & Delivery



  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times vary based on location, typically between 4–8 business days.
  • Lehravi is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.






4. Replacement Policy*

At Lehravi, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns or refunds.

We only offer replacement in the following case:


  • Damaged Phone Case on Arrival:
    If your phone case arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 96 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged item.



🛠️ Note:


  • Replacements are subject to verification of damage.
  • Leaflets are not covered under replacement.
  • If the unboxing video is missing or unclear, we may not be able to process the replacement.



To request a replacement, please contact us at lehravihelp@gmail.com with your order ID and proof.






5. Intellectual Property



  • All content, designs, and materials on Lehravi (including case designs and leaflet content) are the property of Lehravi and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • Reproduction or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.






6. Privacy Policy



  • We collect only essential personal information for processing and delivering your order.
  • We do not share your data with third parties except for logistics and payment partners involved in fulfilling your order.
  • By ordering, you agree to receive transactional messages/emails from Lehravi.






7. Limitation of Liability



  • Lehravi is not responsible for any damage to phones or other devices due to improper use of our cases.
  • All products are meant for general use and aesthetics. We do not guarantee device protection from drops or accidents.






8. Governing Law



  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Patna].
