Replacement Policy*
At Lehravi, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns or refunds.
We only offer replacement in the following case:
- Damaged Phone Case on Arrival:
If your phone case arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 96 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged item.
🛠️ Note:
- Replacements are subject to verification of damage.
- Leaflets are not covered under replacement.
- If the unboxing video is missing or unclear, we may not be able to process the replacement.
